1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of The Creation House ("we", "our", "us") and by booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

The Creation House provides premium arts and crafts workshop setups for events, parties, and corporate functions within the Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru areas. We also sell DIY craft kits via our official Shopee store.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your invoice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the proximity to the event date.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled according to the terms outlined in your invoice, typically prior to or on the day of the event.

4. Photography and Media Release

We love capturing the magic of our events! However, we respect your privacy. We will only publish recognizable images of children if a parent or legal guardian has signed our official Media Release Form.

If you have previously provided consent but wish to withdraw it, please contact us immediately at craftcrew@thecreationhouse.my and we will promptly remove the applicable media from our digital platforms.

5. Liability

While we use 100% non-toxic, safe materials for all our craft stations, participation is at the individual's own risk. The Creation House and its crew shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages to clothing/property that may occur during the normal course of the workshop activities. Adult supervision is required for younger children.
